Life can cause energetic build up and blockages, leaving us desperate to feel a sense of calm and relaxation, or to regain energy that we’ve lost along the way. Reiki promotes a balance of our energies, and you will only receive what is needed for you in the moment of your session. Reiki is also commonly used to alleviate stress and pain, which are often results of energetic imbalance.
During these sessions, intuitive insights are also received about the energies you're carrying in your field (body, chakras and aura). This helps many people understand why they have been functioning and/or feeling a particular way. The transformation of energy continues beyond your session, so while you may feel peace and calm immediately after, it is also common to notice shifts in perspective and continued release of what no longer fits your way of being, even days after your Reiki experience. |
