In elementary school, I remember teachers welcoming spring with the phrase, “April showers bring May flowers”. They are words borrowed from an old poem, which express our processes of cleansing and purification. Sometimes it can be tough, as we may feel we are in the midst of an emotional storm, but beauty exists beyond the clouds.
Last month we discussed spring cleaning. Well, in the process, we often reconnect with feelings that were well buried, or we begin to notice patterns within our baggage. Either way, we are potentially exposing ourselves to raw emotion.
This does not have to be a worrisome process. How we DEAL with the emotion is what truly matters. One key element is ALLOWING. When we allow ourselves to feel and experience our emotions, we allow ourselves to heal on all levels; spiritual, emotional, physical and mental. Other key elements are understanding and respecting that others may feel differently, and to express feelings responsibly.
Be kind to yourself, while acknowledging ALL beings are experiencing unique journeys…you’re not the only one.
When the rains begin to fall this month, remember to look beyond gray skies. Notice how nourishing the rains are…how the cleansing and purification of earth is also promoting growth! Storms will always pass with new possibilities on the horizon!
If you would like support through this process, I offer card readings and other energetic techniques as guidance, revealing your abilities and various options to bloom. Let's journey...
Peace and Blessings!
