March 20th marks the first day of spring...
...a time for "cleaning" out the old, making room for the new!
This is a time of transition. We are in a perfect space to free our hands of attachments, which no longer serve us, and plant new seeds of intention. Now is the time to prepare rich soil (thoughts), nurturing what we CHOOSE to grow. With Spring Cleaning in mind, what are you ready to release?
Of course, letting go can be difficult, but only when we are unaware of what we're truly holding on to. For example, how many things in your life are you holding on to out of fear? You're probably attached to things out of a false sense of security, fearing the "what if" of release.
So, let's ask that question, "WHAT IF...?" What if you let go, what's the worst that would happen? Would you then be OPEN and available to receive new gifts? Would you create space to try something new...to EXPLORE? What if you found your purpose? What if you allowed yourself to live in harmony with your truest essence? What if you discovered whom you truly are and realized what is of importance in YOUR LIFE? What if you don't?
Life is what we make it. It is manifestation of our beliefs and reflection of our actions. If your life has become mundane, it may be because you BELIEVE you are doing "the right thing", so you keep doing the same thing. But what's at the end of the repetition? Would you be able to look back and say you LIVED? Right now, do you feel your life is a reflection of whom you TRULY are? If not, what's out of character, and why are you doing it?
Today, I encourage you to go beyond routine. Be bold and DEEP clean, exploring the root of your attachments.
With love and void of judgment, have meaningful purpose in your preparation this spring! Commit to facing your truths, which will allow you to HEAL and RELEASE. Then, as mentioned above, you will be ready to plant new seeds of intention. What are you planning to grow this year?
If you would like support through this process, let's journey...
Peace and Blessings!
