“Energies are ours, to accept and release…” – Yolanda
Welcome to Freedom Friday! This week we looked at the soul of our actions (intention) and how our energies influence the flow of abundance. Today we are going to discuss how to release energies that no longer serve us by reshaping our patterns.
Our patterns are energies that have become routine. We often react and respond to various situations in predictable ways because we have become conditioned in our ways of being. Some of these patterns are useful and are expressions of our truest selves, while other patterns have been adopted, although they do not always serve our highest good.
Regardless of how deeply rooted our patterns are, we have choices; identify the patterns and either reshape, release, or remain. Today we are going to focus on releasing the patterns that are not serving us, so that we can choose to welcome energies that reflect and embrace who we truly are.
One of the easiest areas to identify our patterns is in the area of relationships (romantic, friendly, business, etc). Before examining a current relationship, we are going to look to the past. Think of three of your relationships that have ended, and ask yourself the following:
· What qualities did these people possess that I enjoyed?
· What qualities did they possess that were challenging to me?
· How did I deal with the challenges?
· What did I like about me in these relationships?
· What choices did I make in the relationships that did not reflect my truest self?
Take a moment to identify the patterns. Did you find a pattern in how you handle challenges? Were the qualities, good and challenging, similar, person-to-person? Were there situations that you encountered more than once?
Once you have identified your patterns, the question becomes “Why?” Where do these patterns stem from and how have they served you? Are there corrections that need to be made? Consider how these patterns have blocked you from what you desire.
Now is the time to course-correct. If we want change in our lives, we have to start with self. Identifying our patterns and coming to understand what we are creating in our lives, energetically, gives us power of choice. We can become the best versions of ourselves by reshaping, reconditioning, and/or releasing energies that are not in harmony with who we choose to be.
Moving forward, take note of repetition in your life, considering what is working and what is not.
I offer distant card readings, with focus on identifying and restructuring patterns. These sessions are done over the phone, and can be scheduled by visiting the Distant Sessions page on my website.
Until next time…
Peace and Blessings!
